The purpose of this project was to create a document that shows an action requiring step-by-step instructions. This project was assigned to me an upper level writing class, where applying our major was the core concept of the class. While some students did hand outs on how to solve an algorithm, I chose to create an infographic on how to tie-dye a t-shirt.
I chose to go with a hand-drawn feel to evoke the sense that tie-dying should be fun, and that no design will ever be perfect. I used a minimal color scheme to emphasize the colors of the tie-dye opposed to the instructions for the process of dying.
